上星期六給安珠女看過之後，第二章可以重組，讓整個理論部份更緊湊。
本來過去一兩天開工，但星期日出街，可能焗親，當日又少飲水，有點不適。於是甚麼也放下，來個勁飲水和勁睡覺的項目，今天起來，好得多。
吃個午飯，開工！
